This is an evening of poetry, administration and rum. An unusual combination, perhaps, but one I feel is working quite well. I have just submitted Heaney’s Beowulf for the Manchester International Poetry Competition, we’ll see how he get’s on, the little bugger and the complete works of Emily Dickinson to the North’s “poems on a stamp” competition.
In other news Liam Fox is an unprincipled bastard.
